Picking up your painting personally is the best option in which you can also meet the Artist. Please email williamdoddsartist@gmail.com and we can arrange a time for you to meet me at my studio.

Yes we can arrange postage. All paintings are personally packed by myself, the artist, to the highest possible standard to ensure that your artwork arrives safe and sound. Oil paintings have a longer drying time than most other mediums, and some paintings may require a little longer to dry before shipping. Prints are available in store or online, please go to the link (Where to Buy ) for details. We endevour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase (except commissioned pieces). We will inform you via SMS or email when your painting has been packed and dispatched along with a tracking order number.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you do not receive your goods after 7 days from date of purchase, please contact the artist via email.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for artwork purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the artwork. If we are unable to repair or replace the artwork, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the artwork to us. The customer will be responsible for return shipment of the artwork to us, and we will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced art to customer.
